Release of Liability:

By entering this race you release Water for Fuel, LLC from any liability derived from the race, routes, or rules if disqualified. Entries are responsible for following local and state laws. Driver's personal protection is encouraged and suggested. Vehicle protection is encouraged and suggested. In other words AAA and Smith-Wesson are good ideas.

Determination of Winner:

There will be winners in separate events. Final winner will be decided from winners from all events and categories in race. Categories include, but are not limited to:

• Best Mileage
• Best Performance
• Best Display
• Best All-Around

In the event of a tie, the two entries can choose from a list of events to determine a winner. Events are, but not limited to:

• Boxing
• Arm Wrestling
• Racing
• Math Problems
• Trivia Questions
• Public Vote
